BABY DEDICATION POLICY

It is the policy of Kingdom Life Ministries to provide its members and community with a
comfortable facility for Baby Dedication. The dedication of your baby is not a traditional
religious ceremony but instead, a demonstration of your love and care for your child.
Baby Dedication is a special time of prayer, offering the infant back to God, for His overall care
and covering, as well as God’s blessing on the all-round development of the child’s health,
education, and spiritual welfare. At this time parents are also offered the opportunity to come
before the body of Christ and dedicate themselves to nurturing their child(ren) in the training
and instruction of the Lord.
We ask that you be conscious of the fact that Kingdom Life Ministries Sanctuary is dedicated to
the glory of God, and used for the administration of public worship, Christian sacraments and
activities of the church and its organizations. To all who desire to use the worship facilities for
any of these purposes, a cordial invitation is extended. Please remember to treat them with reverence.
The following requirements are necessary to confirm your participation in the Baby Dedication:
 A signed application and a non-refundable fee ($50.00 for members and $75.00 for non- members)

be submitted to the assigned personnel in the form of a money order.
 Applications must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to date of dedication.
 Baby Dedication is held once per quarter on the third (3 rd ) Sunday of that month.
 A copy of the child’s birth certificate must be submitted along with the application.
 A mandatory session must be completed with an assigned counselor.
 The session will be cancelled if parents are more than fifteen (15) minutes late.
 No food or beverage should be consumed in the Sanctuary.
